MyTattoo.Software provides a cloud-based tattoo studio management platform that includes appointment booking, client management, consent form handling, deposit collection, and related business management tools for tattoo artists and studio owners.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Upload malicious code or harmful content
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Impersonate any person or entity
Violate the privacy rights of others

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Client Data Responsibility

As a tattoo studio using our Service to manage client information, you are responsible for:

Obtaining appropriate consent from your clients to store their information
Ensuring the accuracy of client data you input
Complying with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable)
Maintaining client confidentiality as required by your professional obligations

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. No payment information is required to start a free trial.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by LEAVE.REVIEW LTD and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTattoo.Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyTattoo.Software and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
